Elias Morany brings over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

In his role, he leads the company’s Engineering and Validation division, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex engineering projects involving the design, commissioning, qualification, and validation of manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, equipment, and critical utilities in regulated GMP environments.

Elias holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous multidisciplinary projects, from conceptual design and risk management through Design Qualification (DQ), Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q), and Validation, ensuring facilities are fully compliant and ready for GMP operation.

At GSAP, Elias supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in the design and implementation of new manufacturing facilities, infrastructure upgrades, validation strategies, engineering project management, and regulatory compliance with FDA, EMA, and other international health authorities. He is also an experienced lecturer and trainer, delivering professional courses on cleanrooms, HVAC systems, GMP engineering, and validation, and frequently serves as a speaker and session chair at industry conferences.

His areas of expertise include pharmaceutical facility design, cleanroom and HVAC engineering, Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV), Validation Master Planning, equipment and process validation, engineering risk management, and the implementation of global GMP regulatory requirements.
