She brings extensive financial leadership and expertise within the healthcare and medical device sectors. In her role as Finance Manager, Michal oversees the financial operations, budgeting, strategic planning, and financial reporting for multiple companies within the Novolog Group, ensuring robust fiscal management to support continued growth and operational excellence.

Prior to her current role, Michal served as Corporate Controller at AMI Technologies, a leading importer and distributor of advanced medical devices. Michal works closely with executive leadership to align financial growth with strategic business goals and the group’s commitment to healthcare innovation
