Sarit is immersed in the Israeli Medical device industry for the past 28 years. Sarit has extensive regulatory & quality management experience. In the past 18 years Sarit owned & managed HaMaDa Consulting which was lately merged into GSAP, turning it into one of the largest players in the Medical Device Ecosystem in Israel providing RA, QA and Clinical Writing services. Sarit previously held the position of VP RAQA at Galil Medical (purchased by Boston Scientific), a global company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative cryotherapy solutions for prostate cancer, breast fibroadenoma and other clinical indications. Sarit played an integral part in establishing, managing and operating Medical Compression Systems Ltd., which was traded in TASE. MCS was an Israeli company that developed, manufactured and sold innovative compression systems for the prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis.

Sarit used to serve as a board member of Xenia Venture Capital traded on TASE, ID 1099571 and PCB Technologies traded on TASE, ID 1091685.

Sarit comes from a strong technical background with deep understanding in the processes of developing and bringing new products into the Medical Device markets.
