Sharon Alon brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Prior to joining GSAP, Sharon served as CEO of Manor Group, General Manager of Medison Israel, and Managing Director of MSD Israel. Throughout her career, she has led complex business transformations, developed growth strategies, built international partnerships, and driven innovation across highly regulated healthcare environments.

Sharon holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Pharmacy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and additional training in organizational consulting.

As CEO of GSAP, Sharon is leading the company’s next stage of growth, strengthening its global presence, expanding its multidisciplinary capabilities, and supporting life sciences organizations in transforming scientific innovation into safe, effective, and compliant healthcare solutions that ultimately reach the patients who need them.
