Sharon Alon brings over 25 years of proven senior management experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. In her most recent role, she served as CEO of Manor Group, and previously as General Manager of Medison Israel and Managing Director of MSD Israel. She has extensive experience leading complex business processes, driving strategy development, building global partnerships, and implementing growth and innovation initiatives. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University, and specialised training in organisational consulting. Upon assuming the role of CEO of Gsap Biomed, Sharon is leading the next phase of the company’s growth strategy- strengthening its global operations, expanding its service portfolio, and enhancing the company’s ability to successfully support companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech, and other advanced industries.
